Is the Nittaku Hurricane 3 variants still tacky like old DHS Hurricane 3?

Following up on a post asking where the tackiness went in DHS Hurricane 3. I didn't realize Nittaku was making Hurricane variants as well. Are these the old Hurricane tackiness or have they reduced just like the current DHS Hurricane 3 rubbers?

They were reduced and bouncier before dhs changed formula

My Turbo Orange is sort of tacky? It will pick up the ball, but I don't think I've seen it do for any longer than a couple seconds... maybe four or five at most. Far from what I've seen online of other H3.

Anyone with experience with the Nittaku Hurricane 3 Neo? Hoping Nittaku Quality Control saved the tack is my last hope until I can save up for the Wang Chuqin Hurricanes

If you really care about tack so much, just use a protector sheet. The tack will increase.

I'm disappointed in the lack of tack as well. I'm starting to look into other Chinese rubbers like 729 and Loki. Currently I'm using Rakza Z and it's tacky but not the same as that old DHS tack.

Already used, clean the rubber every hour on top of that.

Thanks for the knowledge, was starting to look at buying one to see but you saved me the cost of being disappointed. Thankfully I have a couple old Skyline 3 Neo that are hopefully tacky.

Already used, clean the rubber every hour on top of that.

Not sold on cleaning the rubber that frequently. Leaving the protector sheets on for a long time on clean rubber tenda to bring out the tackiness. I don't boost so I don't need it and the one time I increased the tackiness. It was a pain to play with so I juat stopped doing it.

For sure I don't boost either, I prefer supplying the power.

Haha now I am uncertain as you say it is tacky but other people saying they have changed.

It not about speed, it’s about feel. Chinese rubbers are often deadish but with a little boosting they come alive and plays fantastic, H3 is one such example.
The downside is it doesn’t last forever but the again….
